This machine is suitable for line production. It is an ideal device for continuous sieving of granules that has uneven size. The machine consists of hopper, vibration chamber, coupling and motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber soft pad, main shaft, bearing and so on. The adjustable eccentric heavy-hammer can be driven by the motor to the central line of the main shaft.Under the unbalance state, it produces centrifugal force that makes raw materials form vortex in the screen. The intensity of the vibration amplitude for the heavy-hammer can regulated according to different raw materials.
